By accessing or using Raemon Live, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. USE OF SERVICE
You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. CRASH DETECTION DISCLAIMER
Raemon Live provides automated crash detection as a supplemental safety feature. We do not guarantee detection accuracy, emergency response timing, or uninterrupted operation. The Service is not a substitute for safe riding practices or emergency systems.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raemon Live and its owners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including missed crash detection events.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raemon Live from any claims arising from misuse of the Service.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All app content, branding, logos, and technology are owned by Raemon Live and may not be used without permission.
8. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
